Where to find [solidcore] Mount Pleasant

You’ll find us at 646 Coleman Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464, in Moultrie Plaza at the corner of Coleman Boulevard and Simmons Street. Run your errands, then take your 50 minutes. On Tuesdays from April through September, the Mount Pleasant Farmers Market sets up across the street. Pick up your produce. Then pick up the springs.

Free parking is right out front in the Moultrie Plaza lot. Pull in, grab a spot, and walk straight into class.

From the Old Village to Isle of Palms, East Cooper now trains on Coleman. Crossing the bridge for work? [solidcore] Charleston on Williman Street has you covered.

‍

Why Mount Pleasant

Mount Pleasant lives outside. Sunrise laps on Wonders’ Way. Sunset walks on the Pitt Street Bridge. Paddleboards off Shem Creek. Beach days that start at the Ben Sawyer Bridge.

That life runs on strength: a core that holds a paddleboard steady, legs that power the climb, and joints that are ready for tomorrow. That’s what we build. Slow, controlled movements take each muscle to failure so it comes back stronger. High intensity, low impact, full results.

The bridge doesn’t get shorter. You get stronger. (Training for a race? Start with Run Stronger: how [solidcore] builds the strength behind every stride.) And whatever stage you're training through (pregnancy ⋅ postpartum ⋅ coming back from an injury), our coaches will meet you where you are.

‍

Meet your [solidcore] head coach, Brianna Zappulla

Brianna Zappulla leads the Mount Pleasant team as Head Coach and Community Manager. Brianna has been part of [solidcore] for years, most recently coaching at our Charleston studio. Now she’s bringing that same energy across the bridge to Mount Pleasant. She’s a local and an avid triathlete, so she knows what it takes to swim, bike and run stronger, and she can’t wait to welcome East Cooper into the studio. When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find her walking Sullivan’s Island with her dog, Gunner.
